We had an excellent experience with Masters Team handling the purchase of our home. The team was easy to get ahold of and always quick to respond. Our processor, Bridget, was very thorough and always sending reminders and keeping track of our checklist to make sure we were able to stick to our timeline. We felt that everyone took the time to explain the process and make sure we were aware of our options, coming away from the experience educated and feeling we had the tools to make the best decision when getting our loan.
